No notes, no preparation. Just a lot to share.

After a long, unintended hiatus, I wanted to speak openly about what the past three years have held: the loss of my father, a traumatic car accident, the Eaton Fire, and most recently, the sudden death of a dear friend. Somewhere along the way, the accumulation of grief began to affect everything, including my ability to work, create, and keep this podcast going.

This is a deeply personal reflection on prolonged, compounded grief, the different ways we experience loss, and the tension between caring for ourselves, showing up for others, and making the art we're here to make.

There are no easy answers or tidy conclusions. Just an attempt to make sense of a difficult season, to find gratitude amid sorrow, and to keep love at the center of the time we have together.
